Thank you for your interest in my website. The trust of all visitors and customers, the security of your data and the protection of your privacy are of central importance to me. Your personal data will therefore be treated by me in accordance with the valid legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Personal data is information that can be used to discover your identity. Typical personal data includes your surname, first name, address, telephone number, IP address, cookies and e-mail address.
If you view and use my website without registering or otherwise explicitly providing me with information, we process the data that is automatically transmitted to us with each request from your browser (see the section “Log data”). If you voluntarily provide us with personal data (e.g. via our contact form), this is only done for the purpose of the enquiry or the respective order. I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can never be completely protected against access by third parties.
In the following, I would like to explain in more detail in the individual sections which data I process, when and for what purpose. It will be explained how my offered services work and how the protection of your personal data is guaranteed.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
As a provider, I may only process the personal data of website visitors if one of the conditions explained below exists as a legal basis:
If I obtain the consent of the data subject for processing processes of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
For the processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
If processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 (1) (d) DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the data processing.
Data deletion and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been provided for by European or national laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned regulations expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information free of charge about the personal data I have stored about you and, if applicable, the right to have this data corrected, restricted from processing or deleted. You also have the right to data portability. Finally, you also have the right to complain about the processing of your personal data by me to the data protection supervisory authority. You can do that by sending an e-mail to me.
I would also like to point out that you can object to the future processing of your personal data in accordance with the legal requirements pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO at any time. In particular, you may object to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Protocol data
The automatic collection and storage of protocol data by the provider of the Internet services (provider) takes place because the processing of this data is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The protocol data includes the following information:
Date and time of the respective request
Internet address (URL) that was requested
URL that the visitor visited immediately before
Browser used and language
Operating system used and its interface
IP address and host name of the visitor
Access status / http status code
Amount of data transferred in each case
The transmission of this data to me takes place automatically and this data cannot be assigned to your person with proportionate effort. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, as this data processing is necessary for the operation and display of the website. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object.
Web hosting via Hosttech.
I use the services of Hosttech Switzerland for my website. For further information, please refer to the Hosttech privacy policy. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the operation and maintenance of the operational security of these websites in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. According to the DSGVO, the USA is considered a third country with an unsafe level of data protection. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. I use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of my website. The statistics obtained enable me to improve my offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. We have no knowledge about the further processing and the duration of storage. Contacting
When contacting me (e.g. by contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), your details will be processed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b) DSGVO (so-called pre-contractual measure). I delete the enquiries if they are no longer necessary. I review this necessity every two years. Furthermore, the legal archiving obligations apply. I use Elementor Pro to create contact forms. The Contact Form is only used to forward entered form data to my company’s e-mail address. Additional storage, e.g. in the WordPress database, does not take place.
Sending my e-mail newsletter via “MailChimp
The information provided in this section explains how the registration, dispatch, evaluation and content of our e-mail newsletter are designed. If you would like to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter and read it regularly, then your registration with a valid e-mail address and thus your consent to the processing of your personal data by us is required. Please note the declaration of consent on the newsletter registration form. Before sending the newsletter, you must explicitly confirm to us in the so-called double opt-in procedure that you want us to activate the e-mail newsletter service for you. We do this to prevent third-party e-mail addresses from being used for registrations. For this purpose, you will receive a confirmation and authorisation e-mail from us asking you to click on the link contained in this e-mail and thereby confirm to us that you would like to receive our newsletter. In connection with the registration, the registration time, the confirmation time, the IP address and the consent text are stored in addition to the e-mail address and we use the e-mail address exclusively for the delivery of the newsletter unless you have expressly consented to any other use. SUPPLEMENT, IF APPLICABLE: The analysis of opening and click rates is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our interest is to create the most suitable offers possible for our users and to achieve this by analysing user behaviour as well as to optimise it on an ongoing basis.
